About the Program

We’ll begin with a 60-question assessment to determine the color of your personality (based on Carol Ritberger’s work). You will gain insight into which Jungian functional pairs guide you, as well as what strengths and weaknesses merge to make you who you are.

With that framework in place, you’ll engage in a brief exercise using the five universal shapes (borrowed from Angeles Arrien), delving into your individual life experiences and processes, ultimately revealing to you your core self.

About the Presenters

Phoebe Clark (ENFP) is a Career Counselor and owner of Type Interventions. Phoebe’s focus for her work with type is in helping people move beyond crisis management toward self-directed, sustained personal and professional development. Liz Meadows (INTJ) is a Knowledge Seeker, Project Coordinator, Process Tweaker, Chaos Tamer, and User Experience Librarian. Liz uses type theory every day in trying to enhance her personal and professional relationships.
