About the Program

The Nardi Personality Indicator

The NPI™ is a quick, powerful questionnaire that taps multiple lenses of personality. It focuses on the 4 temperaments and 4 interactional styles, which together point to 16 types. It is a great complement to your use of other personality assessments.

Why it’s special

  • It’s relatively quick
  • Combines holistic response to “profiles” with short either/or questions
  • Gives results for multiple lenses of personality, including 4 temperaments, 4 interaction styles, 8 Jungian functions, etc.
  • You choose what you use
  • Provides a consistency score, to signal how much facilitation may be needed
